was there a moment during the day when it almost broke you, but you didn’t give in? like that one urge you had to sit with and breathe through?
sometimes just surviving the day without reaching out IS the win. that’s what helped me, lowering the bar to “did i get through today?” and letting that be enough. small steps still count
my first holiday in no contact, smiling through it while my insides were a mess 😭 nobody saw that part. reading this feels like someone finally did. same, truly
