i don’t have answers, but what helped me a tiny bit was stopping asking “how do i move on” and just asking “what gets me through tonight.” sometimes that was literally just surviving the hour. it’s not pretty, but it’s real.
sitting in that exact place thinking “i’m trying SO hard and nothing is changing.” for me it was the silence after the breakup that wrecked me. no fights left, no hope left, just me and my thoughts. i felt stuck for months
