She replaced me before we even broke up and it hurts a lot to think about. In the week after she dumped me she posted so much about him and they look so happy together I didn't know what to do. I just broke. I feel so broken. I want to believe that it's just to make herself feel better about leaving me but he's better than me in every way and she never looked that happy with me in the years we were together.

when you say he’s better than you in every way, is that coming from things she actually said, or from comparing yourself after seeing those posts?
from comparisons I make. we had both been living with our parents and neither of us had our license. she moved in with him not even a week after dumping me. I know he's not technically better than me in every way but it feels like she just found someone in a better spot at the moment to replace me with.
i went through something almost identical. my ex had someone lined up and watching them post all happy broke me. that feeling of being instantly replaced messes with your worth so badly
she was never meant for you and you will find the girl that you will feel genuinely happy around , trust me it will be fine
