it’s day 69 and i still catch myself looking for signs of his views. how do i stop this? like genuinely. i keep relapsing and it’s so hard not to. today i found out that he unfollowed some accounts and deleted most of his reposts. i thought that was strange. he also stopped checking my profile. what could this possibly mean? is he moving on and feeling more grounded or something else? i know i’ve moved on because i don’t have feelings for him anymore but curiosity still lingers…

old habit i’d say. but part of me secretly wishes he won’t move on
maybe he stopped checking ur profile because it hurts him and hes trying to feel better

i kept checking his stories for months after we broke up, even when i didn’t feel anything. that curiosity just sticks around longer than you expect
