it's been only 3 for me and I hope I can make it as long as you have. I still tried talking to my ex as a friend for months before deciding there was only one way forward and I can't get memories or imagined things out of head about what she's doing and how happy she must be. But they are only thoughts not reality, and I can't waste any more time caring for someone who doesn't show any care for me.
in may 2025 ,I got to know he cheated..in September we met for the last time...till December I was just trying....it was so difficult for me... maximum no contact I could do was 1 week...but then one day it happened automatically
so trust u heart will decide the day before that u may reset that no contact clock a dozen of times but them everything just stops
congratulations! u should b proud of yourself. this is something worth celebrating. focus ur mind on self improvement might help to continue nc. no turning back now! of course u miss him, don't let tht b the reason tho. stay strong!
