I just saw someone who looks like my ex, he is also accompanied with a girl and they are quite flirty. Now I know that seeing a look-alike of your ex indeed feels so irritating. Just to see someone he looks like it makes me feel so angry with a mix of hurt at the same time and to add on that, the guy was even with a girl and they're so flirty and it reminds me of how we used to.
The combination of anger and hurt was there even it was just a look-alike of him

meh not really. i guess but my anger,pain and frustration on him is much more bigger
once i saw a guy who looked exactly like my ex with a girl and i felt the same mix of anger and hurt. it hits hard even if it’s “just” a look-alike
