The thing I'm terrified most now is that I can slowly feel the pain ebbing away. The part of that which haunts me is once the pains gone it's finally over and I don't want it to be over :(.

does the pain feel like the last thread keeping you connected to them? like if it goes quiet, you’re scared the love disappears too?
Allow the pain to hit and trust me yr heart will heal after sometime
life goes on, dont be scared of starting another chapter of your life
never forget why you went no contact in the first place
the pain fading didn’t mean it was meaningless or over forever. it just meant my body was tired of bleeding nonstop.
when the pain started fading, i panicked harder than when it was raw. it felt like losing her a second time. like if it stopped hurting, she’d really be gone. that part MESSED me up
ik it's hard but again a time will come that you'll need to let it all go😔
