broke up with my ex a couple months back we had moved to this tiny remote town together a year ago she had a few friends here but i knew no one now im in this new apartment far from my people back home some months before we ended things our connection started fading i tried so hard to fix it but it just wasn’t enough and im the type that needs a strong bond to feel into it so yeah our sex life was dead towards the end part of that was on me but also she wanted to explore non monogamy started vibing more with other people and we both didn’t really see it til it was obvious one time she brought up trying a kink i wasn’t down for and laughed like "oh well ill just do it with someone else then" that hurt bad bc there were so many things i wanted to try with her too but by then she was already checked out
fast forward to yesterday she’s out of town and asked me to feed her cats ik i should probably cut contact but i dont know many people here so i went back to our old apartment to feed the cats we used to take care of together the food was in the bedroom we used to share and right there next to our old bed i see restraints and sex toys just lying there my heart just shattered all over again bc i know she’s been using them with the guy she got close to while we were still together and who was just here last week

sorry but nah she can get a petsitter or have a neighbor feed them or even get the hookup dude to do it or buy an automatic food dispenser with a timer and water bowls

@SuperCharge She either left food and toys around to get a reaction (don’t give her one) or she’s just being lazy or forgot to clean up. Either way it’s kinda disrespectful.
She’s lowkey using your kindness and emotional connection with the cats (and her) to avoid dealing with it herself like any other person would.
You gotta treat yourself better than how she’s treating you.
