So me and this guy I’m talking to were supposed to hang but I had an emergency so I told him I’d be 30 minutes late. He got mad saying he didn’t wanna wait then got all pissy. I nded up giving in and told him he could come anyway but then he hit me with nah I gotta wait remember? So I was like suit yourself and then he said I don’t wanna see you anymore. We argued after that then he asked if I still wanted to see him and I said no. He said we were done since I didn’t wanna see him I told him he said it first and he was like I don’t care. Am I tripping or was he being extra?

You were setting boundaries but he made you choose between him and them. It was a test to see if you'd put up with it. Hold firm. Block him and bounce.
He wanted you to prioritize him. By saying No you told me to wait he’s basically setting it up so you always put him first and if you don’t he’ll pull back or stop making plans.
We all act like this sometimes when we don’t feel valued but doing it during the talking stage over just a 30-minute delay is kinda off. He’s in the wrong here. If he’s this tricky now it’s only gonna get worse.
