I keep breaking no contact. I dont know how to distract myself. I go to work and I cry, I go home and I cry, if I take a walk with nobody on the phone I think of him and cry. nothing is working.. I just dont want to accept I lost him maybe i didn't maybe he just needs space and see change from me. I feel like messaging him on memorial day but idk. If he broke up with me saying he wasnt happy and didnt want to be in a relationship is there a chance he will come back?? sorry, its only been 2 weeks since I last heard from him.

Love shouldn’t leave you constantly wondering. Right now focus on yourself you deserve to be someone’s first choice, not an afterthought.
Breaking no contact is tempting but every time you hold back you’re taking back your power little by little.
Whether he comes back or not the real question is do you want to be with someone who left you questioning everything?
If he said he wasn’t happy that’s something he has to figure out on his own. The best thing you can do is focus on your own healing.
Holding onto hope is natural but don’t lose yourself waiting for someone who wasn’t sure about you.
Crying at work at home on walks it’s all part of the process. But every day you get through is proof that you’re stronger than you think.
can feel what you are going through. dunno if he will come back. if he does and if thats what best for you, then hope that happens. I remember feeling like this not so long ago. now its a dull thumping inside not as bad as before. chin up , you gonna be ok. hugssss.
Your post makes me wanna get up and hug you.Off course he can come back but first I would really urge you to take some help.Have someone around who would literally hug you and take care.Hopefully you start healing soon.God bless
