I’ve asked for a walk to talk before. He showed up we talked he apologized… and then disappeared again. Sometimes closure ain’t closure it’s a soft reset button for mor pain.

Been there Wanted to talk things out on a walk ended up feeling invisibe while they acted unbothered. That was my last straw tbh. If you do go go for you. Not them.

I asked my ex to walk and talk. We met at our old spot. Thought it’d be closure… ended up being another cliffhanger. That kind of meeting can stir up feelings you’ve been calming for days. I wish I waited until I was more healed.

I did that once. Asked my ex to meet at the park to talk things out… but lowkey it just reopened wounds I was finally starting to close. We ended up rehasing the same cycle. I left with more questions than peace. Just be sure you’re not going in hoping they’ll change.

I aske for a walk and got it. But all I did was fold the moment I saw his face. If you’re gonna go make sure you’ve practiced your peace like it’s a script. beCause trust that old version of them will try to slip back in through nostalgia.

It's a really tough decision when you're considering reaching out to an ex for a conversation and it's completely understandable to want to talk things through. Before you reach out take a moment to consider what you truly hope to gain from this walk and if it will ultimately help you move forward in a healthy way.
