I left that one app unblocked for an ex too. Not cause I wanted to talk but cause I didn’t wanna look like the bad guy. Sometime it means nothing.

While it's hard to say definitively what it means the fact that he hasn't blocked you everywhere could be a slight indication he's leaving a door open but prioritize your own well-being and don't read too much into it without further clear communication.
