we were on no contact and we ended things after he cheated on me multiple times with the same girl. yesterday he hacked into my ig account and changed my ig pfp to his initial "C". he knew I was going to break no contact and ask why he would do that, he told me his misses me. what do I do?

that’s so unsettling. when my ex tried pulling me back like that i leaned on friends so i didn’t answer.
mine used to pull crap like that just to mess with my head. it’s not missing you, it’s control. i blocked every account.
he’s going to want to get a reaction out of you. the best way is to ignore him. the relationship ended for a reason, do not try to rekindle fire with gasoline. it will only worsen. although things don’t seem like they’ll get better, it will. time is slow healing process, which is painful. but remember the life before the person. that’s who you want back, except with major improvements. don’t steer back and reread chapters, it only leads to the same ending. sending strength!
