like you reached out wanting closure and he gave you a pause instead. that pause can feel worse than the breakup itself.

i remember begging my ex to just talk face to face. he kept dodging and saying he wasn’t sure what he wanted. it hurt because i thought if he could just explain, i’d feel better. i never got the answers i hoped for.

dont chase, dont beg, let him do what he needs. even leave him alone for a week set a goal of im not gonna message him for x days. because unfortunately the tighter you squeeze the less you have

i got dumped in a text too. sat there staring at my phone like that was all i was worth. later he said he was "confused" too. it just dragged out and nothing real ever came from it.
Yeah, I thought the same, did I worth just a little to you to be treated like that?
