Let's start with something very positive, so how many of you really work on your inner soul healing process and what are the ways you all are adopting to heal from all the past experiences?
I usually love gardening what I fell plants they don't judge us , if we water them and take proper care of all the plants in our house it will give us a refreshing view every morning. So is our soul , take care of your inner feeling ..
let it go what hurts you because at the end of the day we all must know to keep ourselves in detachment mode.

you’re finding comfort in routine. reminds me how i kept rearranging my room after the breakup. not because it fixed me, but it gave me something to control.

not actually, I am single mom my ex left me on the first day of my pregnancy. But yes I have learned to heal myself. Now I am out from all those panic attacks and anxiety issue.. very happy with my one year old son... earning and yes helping others to Come out from depression. Bec I know how it feels

i like how you compare it with plants. i used to bake, not even to eat, just mixing and waiting for something to rise made me calmer.

i hated when people told me to let it go. i wasn’t watering shit i was just drowning in it. plants didn’t make me feel better smashing stuff did.
