they've been together right after we broke up my friend saw them holding hands, and it's been a month now since we broke up. i saw there videos together and there is some part of me that still hurts:(( how can i finally get over this

have you been able to talk to anyone about how seeing them together makes you feel, or is it still bottled up inside?
i talked it to my friends
it sucks seeing them move on but i found keeping myself busy and blocking his social media helped a bit. small steps but it works
how long is it now? are you fine now?
ugh i feel this so much 😭 after my ex started dating someone new right after we broke up i was stuck on the “why me” loop for weeks

well, first things first, block them, and anyone who will give you reminders of them. I used to like obsessively check socials. biggest thing, block them. as hard as it is, do it. it feels so much better once you did. and then after that, self reflect. what do YOU like to do? I personally love being outside because it makes me feel so ALIVE. so im going to be hiking and just walking more to get back my sense of self. also, i am addicted to my phone, so its helped to just log out of social media or just shut off my phone altogether. it really puts you IN THE MOMENT.

@yearningwei yea I did after a while. im going through another break up (literally was engaged to this guy) and so im gonna try and take my own advice
