It's been over a month since we broke up and I had to restart no contact again so I'm on day7. Honestly I can't even recognize myself, some days I feel like I am okay, the next I feel like wtf. Today was a hard day, it felt like I was relieving the day we broke up again like I hate feeling like this and I just want it to get better so I can start feeling like myself again.

you have anything that grounds you on the hard days? like a friend, a walk, music, journaling? sometimes tiny things help.
what’s helped me on those “wtf” days is just letting them pass without judging myself. like okay, today sucks, but tomorrow might not.
i had to restart no contact twice with my ex and it felt like i was failing at healing. but one day it started to hurt less without me even noticing.
