He's controling and makes me feel less
maybe he's too insecure he doesn't trust me and wants to control me but I cannot be controlled by him so he makes me feel guilty about it he's abusive he abuse my character and sometimes torture me mentally to do what he wants me to do

he blamed me for everything
when someone keeps trying to break your confidence to feel powerful, that’s not something you can fix. what usually helps me is reminding myself i’m not crazy for wanting peace.
my ex used to do that too act like my independence was a threat to him. he’d guilt trip me just for saying no. it took me a while to realize that wasn’t love, it was control disguised as care.
it’s good that you can see the reality. you have the power to stay there or to leave. you don’t deserve to be in an unhealthy relationship.
