So me and my ex work at a place that is open seasonally. We've been no contact since Oct 30th and we'll be working together on November 22nd. It'll be just over 3 weeks no contact then. I'm worried that working together is going to make things difficult for us and those around us. I don't want our supervisors to have to try and keep us separated at all times. But also I worry if we talk at work it'll make our no contact obsolete. We have been broken up for over a month right now and it wasn't until 3 weeks later that we went no contact. I have also since removed him from most social media as I kept checking his profile to see what he was doing.
Part of me wants to message him to ask if we can meet beforehand to be used to being in each other's company. But he was the one that broke up with me so I want to let him be the first to break up with me. We also didn't officially say we were going no contact so I feel a bit bad about (to him) suddenly removing him from most social media.

have you thought about setting a tiny personal boundary for that day? like just keeping interactions brief and neutral so it feels safer for both of you?
try to focus on keeping things professional at work. don’t feel pressured to chat your no contact isn’t invalidated just because you’re in the same space.
i went no contact with my ex too and the first time seeing them at work after weeks felt like walking through a storm. it’s hard but doable
