I don't want him anymore. But i can't see him with someone new. After breakup also we stayed in contact for months and I suddenly got to know he has a girlfriend . Even after breakup he was lying to me.
He acts so cold now.I have lost my self respect chasing him and he doesn't cares but even after breakup he was giving me mixed signals and was lying to me about the new girl. What to do

yess this fact is hurting me
what usually helps me is cutting every tiny thread. mixed signals only stop when you stop giving them space to land. it’s not about being strong, just about giving yourself peace.
my ex did the same thing, kept me “close” while already talking to someone else. that cold switch they flip… it hits your ego and your heart at the same time
let him go. focus on your healing.
basically you have nothing left to do because like you said yourself you broke up a few months ago and the guy has every right to move on - now just walk away because you'll never actually get out of that friendship hell with exes, you're seeing him with new people while he's happy and you're bad, so just stop hanging out with him and don't try to get him back because he'll come on his own when he figures things out 💕
but i feel cheated and he is not even sorry. He used to care so much now I'm crying and he doesn't cares. Why do I need validation from someone who doesn't cares?
