what usually helps me is taking one tiny step at a time instead of thinking “block him forever.” even muting him or deleting the chat for a bit can help you breathe.
i stayed talking to my ex way after the breakup because i was terrified of losing that “connection” too. he lied about another girl just to keep me hooked. it messed with my head so bad.

I would block him if he continuously reaches out.
I personally blocked him because it did more harm than good to have him so within reach yet not. I was always waiting for something, anything from him. Now I focus on me. Know your worth.🫶
