I got my heart broken recently and my ex said he no longer wishes to be with me due to some personal issues and it hurts really bad to think about him again and again... I just wanna move past this

I was recently in this very situation where I was told I was solely responsible for his unhappiness. he blamed me for my mental and physical health issues and played the victim. it is never okay for them to plant the seed in your brain that you're the problem. that's a cowards way. its extremely hard to get thru, but you will get thru this. keep your head up, keep moving forward, and know your not alone in feeling this way friend ❤️

ohhh that loop thinking about her every few minutes like my brain refused to let go. my breakup wrecked me for months and i kept asking the same thing. it slowly got lighter, but damn it hurt
I honestly wanna get out of this loop and get better for myself and my soul

yes I still think about all of the good things he did and truly he understood me he could handle me

@HexiZap636 he was a very loving and caring boyfriend for most parts of our relationship but recently he was very distant as he got diagnosed with ptsd and depression after his father's death in 2024 after that in Feb of 2025 we went on a break because my parents are strict and they got to know about my boyfriend then in July 25 we secretly started going out and honestly everything was nice but he told me i am not in the right head space to give you the proper love and affection you require

If he made it clear to you that he no longer wants you...why do U still think he loves you? are you serious 😭. For now think of him,love him from the distance,miss him but make sure U never see his face again.. you will move on one day..Those memories U had with your ex will be less intense when U recall it with passing time
this was my second chance with him and he got back together with me so I had some hopes if that can again happen
