you’re still holding on to the version where he wanted you. i’ve seen people sit in that space for months, waiting for the old him to come back. what usually happens is you realize he’s not coming back, then life shifts around that.
when my ex told me she didn’t love me like before, i thought i’d never breathe normal again. it took time, not some big decision. i started with tiny things, like eating one good meal or calling a friend. the love didn’t disappear overnight for me either, but eventually it stopped burning the same.
mine ended the same way. he just said he didn’t feel it anymore after years of talking about forever. i wanted to shake him and ask where it all went. i felt so replaceable. like i was just something he grew tired of.
Talk with your friends/family, make new friends, new hobbies, reconnect with nature with walks and stuff. It's going to be hard, but be kind and give time to yourself, you got it :)

Focus on the things that are going well in life or the things that you can influence. Maybe create a new routine and stick to it.
