I have been there! My main suggestion is to allow yourself to feel every single emotion to the fullest, even the bad ones. Take it day by day, I promise it will get easier!

yeah i remember that. chest felt crushed, couldn’t breathe, like my body was betraying me. i just wanted it to stop.
