I broke contact 3 times, and I now understand we will NEVER get back together. he rejected me each time, subtly but this time he said theres no possibility. I give up. I dont know if im ready for another relationship at the moment. This man asked for my number but I am trying to not over think it. I need a day or two. im also off my meds bc theyre out of stock. im so so so sad.

Ur so right.
i was in the same situation. he broke no contact first, saying he misses me and asks to meet up then he pulled away. so i reached out two times and it pushed him to the point where he doesn’t see us trying again. that’s when i found closure within myself because it would never come from him since he kept dragging it. in the end, we just have to accept that we can’t force someone to choose us if they don’t want to, when they’ve emotionally checked out long ago. that’s when you should pick the broken pieces back up and heal yourself that when you look back one day, you don’t even want him anymore
(i don’t think i’m getting in another relationship either. it’s too stressful)

the more we ask them, the more they repel. I learned that the hard way.
I feel you. Please stop begging. You are just hurting your self. You have to accept and if possible forgive him for you to detach. I know it's not easy, but we don't have any choice but to move forward.
