when you stay away from his socials for a few days, do you feel lighter or does the urge to check get even stronger?
man i get the energy idea, but the biggest shift for me was cutting the social stalking. every time i looked at her profile it pulled me right back into the spiral.
i used to think like this too, honestly. when my ex and i stopped talking i kept checking his socials like crazy, tarot readings, signs, all of it. the only thing i noticed was the less i watched him, the more MY head felt calm again.
yess, uk he also feeds onto your energy, the more you stalk him or try to reach him, he takes up your energy and thrive on it but the more you pull back and give that energy to yourself, it doubles for you...and bonus of that you become more attractive and thereby he always comes back..but u have to protect ur energy, ur peace
