mine and my ex-gf's 1 year is coming up tomorrow on Halloween I'm not sure how to cope or to not think about it so much... we broke up early June this year and she's moved on for 3 months now (yes, her and her new bf got together like a month and a half after we broke up...) I just feel like tomorrow will be extra tough for me and plenty of tears, im scared ill never fall for anyone bc ive never loved someone like her.

You got this. Post breakup, our brains take time to reset the dopamine levels and we often feel that we will never find that kind of love ever again. But life has a way of happening and you will end up with someone who values you equally. There is a very high chance of you finding yourself in a different position in one year. Spend some time with the people who feel safe even if you don't feel like talking about this. Don't beat yourself up for not moving on faster. Its a slow process but you'll come out of it so much better and stronger. I am rooting for you!
