Got into an accident and latched onto them, unfulfilled plans, and good memories for comfort. Started digging things up that were already over and I didn’t know.
We had someone step in and set boundaries for us, but still… I just wish we could have stayed friends…

I think when there’s still love friends is too hard. I think there will be hope of it becoming more and devastating watching them move on and pretending it’s fine
i couldn't stay friends. it would hurt too much loving someone who doesn't want you and always hoping. watching him move on and talk to me about a new girl in his life? no way. it would kill me. i am good with not being friends. it hurts but that would hurt worse
