i hear how anxious you are right now. when my chest felt that heavy after my breakup i would step away from the phone for a bit, even just a short walk helped my mind slow down a little.
i remember lying in bed refreshing my phone just hoping for that ONE apology text that never came. the silence made my heart race all night
