it’s been 4 months and i am dealing better but i still think about him every day . he’s been going out to parties and apparently he’s been talking to other girls but surely he has to think about me? pleas can someone help my delusions , we were together for 18 months and he was obsessed with me

i get why your brain goes there, i did it too, but what helped me was pulling my focus back to what he’s actually showing now, not what he used to feel
It's been 11 months for me and I still think about him every day. It is maddening. I wish to be over this already!
months out and still thinking about him daily while he looked like he moved on so easy. mine was obsessed too, said all the things, and i kept wondering if i ever cross his mind… that question used to eat me alive
he probably thinks about you alot but he's tryna hid it by talking to other girls 😐
