Hey guys I've been in no contact for almost 100 days. It's been so rough and very hard first 20,30 days but after that you guys just need to keep working on yourself. Do what makes you all happy and you will eventually forget your ex just like I am doing each day after almost 2 year of intense relationship. She still comes to my mind from time to time but don't let that make your day worse or more depressed. Use that to make yourself a better person. We ended relationship without closure and I understand we all crave for closure but they already gave the closure just keep looking in their actions how they treated you and you will get the answer. Journey of no contact really helped me a lot. She didn't reached out but she helped me to make myself better person with stuffs that she did.

Honestly, it just brings happy memories, it comes for a few seconds I smile and continue my day.
hitting that 90 day mark and still having random thoughts of her pop up out of nowhere. i used to think i’d never get there but slowly it did get lighter like you said.
It really does. We learn to live with it like nothing happened until it becomes a distant memory..
42 days today for me. Still suffering emotional exhaustion, a semi down mood, but I'm already at the point that even if he broke his own silent treatment I don't want him back in my life. He is far too broken and life is far too short. My life is worth too much.
Keep that in mind next time when u think about him. Whenever you feel sad you are allowed to be sad. Don't supress it let it just go. More days that pass more better you will feel. Work on yourself and be best version of yourself and you will be perfect.

It was really hard but I feel really good after hell I've been through with her.. It's very hard to detach from narcissistic woman and feels terrible but in the end everything alinged how it should be ^^
it's kinda hard for me because all I wanted was her.. :(
I just couldn't let her go..
