Does it count as no contact to read but not answer? I can't see the whole paragraph he wrote me, but the sneakpeak tells me that he puts all the blame on me, something about my mental health affected him to much for him to be with me. And that is painful to read since it is how he treated me that actually broke my mental health (he is a porn addict, he got hurt and blamed me whenever I tried to talk about what actually hurt me, he did silent treatment and so on in an everlasting loop). I somehow hope that what he wrote will give me some kind of closure, but I also know that I will end up feeling worse when he just refuse to see his own part in this little mess. So what do I do? Ignore?

I'm definitely hoping that he will admit his part, but that is just not how he is. He is just never wrong, just everyone else is tho. So I don't even know why I'm hoping. I hate that my feelings are so damn delulu!
if you already know he twists things and blames you, reading it again just pulls you back into that loop.
staring at that preview, knowing it’s probably gonna hurt but still wanting to read it hoping for some kind of closure. i read mine and it was just blame too, no ownership, and it messed me up for days
I will try to just let it be. I wish I could just block him, but I'm not there yet. I keep hoping he will change his mind even though I know that never will happen. Atleast I have muted all notifications from him, i saw this by accident.
