I was suppose to attend the wedding of my exes cousin. My ex is the groomman. My ex should tell me that all he would be thinking is walking me down the aisle one day. Well since we broke up, I wont be attending. I know his mum will be posting pics of him and I am gonna feel so hurt n would want to reach out. Any advice ?

Both- Missing him and the life we imagined together
i muted his whole family for a bit, not forever just enough so i didn’t keep reopening the wound every time they posted. it gave me a little breathing room when i needed it most.
hi skipping a wedding because my ex was there and then obsessing over every pic his family posted after. it’s like you’re grieving twice, the person and the future you pictured with them
if it's okay then block his mother or hide her account for only that day
