It's been 6 months since I've stopped talking to him and it's been almost a year after our breakup. I've had a rollercoaster of feelings all these times and especially during the initial months of no contact. Then I had got experience to not talking to him and understand how cruel he was and all. I thought I almost moved on but today was unusual! I had a flashback of all the nice moments we shared and also how good he was after a long time. My heart aches as I can't talk to him anymore since he also has a gf now and here I am all single wanting to actually take break from all these relationships stuffs to finally move on actually. Why is it that I'm feeling this feeling of wanting to talk to him now after a long time?

me too , i think they dont love us anymore , but they are styl possessive they don't want us to move on cause it would be hard for them , they just want to keep us somewhere. i swear even if a Guy ( i talk abt toxic ones) doesn't want you anymore but he'll never want to see you happy w someone else then him.
this used to happen to me when i was finally slowing down, like my mind would go back to the comfort even if i knew how bad it really was. i stopped fighting the feeling and just let it pass without acting on it, it faded faster that way
you think something recently reminded you of him, or did it just come out of nowhere?
being months into no contact, finally feeling okay, then one random day my brain just played all the good memories like a highlight reel and i missed him like it was day one again

he did! he had tried to follow me on my Instagram several times but I did not confirm his request and he had once called me recently but I had blocked his number long before!.. I don't know what he wants. He even has a gf now and now he wants to keep contact with me!?
