when he came back and got sweet, did it actually feel genuine to you or did it feel like he was just trying to smooth things over without really fixing what happened?
being left alone like that mid fight hurts more than people admit.
my ex would leave mid argument too and then come back acting soft, and i’d snap because it felt like he just disappeared on me when i needed him most.
