hello guys, ive been "dating" this guy for round about 8 months. when he started texting me i just came out of a very toxic relationship where i got cheated on very often. I made it clear that i wont be starting a relationship thaz quick and he decided to wait till im ready. in These past months he has been in the greatest man ive ever got know he made me presents, he wanted to see me all the time , he listend to me , he really loved me with his whole heart and i started to feel the same. we begun to hang out everyday, text and call everyday and its wss just so perfect in those whole 8 months we never fought or had a discussion or whatever. Then 1 or 2 month ago i told him that i was ready to start a relationship with him. I already knew his parents but he didnt know mine because mine arent thsz chill and i wanted to firsz be his girlfriend to let them get to know. He then even talked to my bestfriend about how he is going to ask me to be his girlfriend. We were separated then for 2 weeks bcs pf the holidays after that we saw eachother again for a week and then one day i slept at his house.( not for the first time). I knew he was stressed lately due to his college and work and sports and also because he has problems with his drivers license and on that day of the sleepover something felt a bit off and it wss never like that. After i went home i texted him if everything is okay and then the whole drama started we met a few times to talk and i wanna make a short conclusion he cant start a relationship now because he is so stressed from college etc and he is scared to risk his future because due to me snd becaude we always meet etc he cant do that. I told him so many solutions but he justs blocks them away. He told me thaz these problems ( stress, diffrent future plans, not knowinh my parents) got him to thsz decision but for me it is so suddenöy because everything wss perfect. Now we dont have no contact do u think he will come back ?

when someone shuts down every solution you offer, i had to take that as my answer. i stopped chasing and it hurt like hell, but it showed me who was actually willing to stay.
do you feel like it was really just stress, or like he started pulling away before and you’re piecing it together now?
