I get about 7 or 8 days of peace and then he pops up view social views, blocked calls, then calls private when realizing still blocked, several saved vile voicemails with veiled threats like "you don't want me to come there,"

do you mean through court? that process depends on what country you are in, but honestly if you are thinking you need that and he's making threats, you should definitely talk to someone. research free legal aid in your area or get a lawyer
