so his friends came up to me today and said that the reason he broke up with me was because I was to clingy and he was losing feelings because of it. he’s the one who was clingy he would always follow me around like a lost pup, but Yh I got called the clingy one, I gave his hoodie to his mum so that I didn’t have to talk to him but I didn’t wash it and it smells exactly like me. I also broke no contact today I’m so mad at myself for doing that.

getting called “too clingy” by someone who used to follow you everywhere is such a mind game 😭 i’ve had an ex rewrite the whole relationship after the breakup too and it made me question EVERYTHING about myself for a while.
honestly breaking no contact one time doesn’t erase all your progress, i beat myself up so badly the first time i slipped too. you’re hurting, that’s all. and giving the hoodie back through his mum was probably smarter than most of us would’ve handled it.

deep down you have to accept that is end
and if you want advice - that he will come back is dont chase and stop the conctact, this is only one way how to heal, because he feel that you are always there also after the breakup
