those awkward meetups hit WAY harder than people think. i remember handing my ex her stuff back in a parking lot and pretending we were both fine while my stomach was in knots the whole time

i’d try not to read too much into the “reset” feeling right now. sometimes those little interactions reopen everything emotionally even when nothing actually changed between you two.

when you saw her with her friend, did it feel like she was trying to keep distance emotionally or was she awkward too?
when I got there she waved smiling, but yeah it was kinda awkward especially me , felt like my mind got stuck,and I wasn't planning on staying to chat, I had things to do , I just said hi to both of em , told em I got stuff to do and said bye and a nice day
If I were to ask how she is and how stuff is going, would've been worse cuz she was with her friend imo
tske sometime. clear you head. sounds like she doesn't really know what she wants try no contact and see what happens. set some boundaries about what you will tolerate. no need for you to be upset like she is making you. stand up for your wants and needs.
