been through this cycle for 9 years it doesn't change they want your comfort untill you are drained then he walks away and once he feels your absence he want to connect but not get close
In essence he wants to keep you closed to others but not close himself off hense the friends
sometimes they miss the comfort and connection but still don’t want the relationship back.
Because you are letting him write to you. If you don’t share kids or pets there is no reason to be in contact with your ex. Block him everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. If he wants to get back together, he needs to show up fully. Not breadcrumb you like others have said.

he just want acces to dont lose me … but like this i cant never heal
