So i had a best friend and i kinda developed feelings and confessed to her and got rejected and after no contact and after getting over her i reached out to her so that we can continue friendship cause for me that friendship was more important and something to loose. I explained her multiple times what caused my feelings and how i am over it and i tried fixing things but she was silent and said she might need time to get into normal mindset and bit feared. Then suddenly one day she msged me saying she came on some work to my city and was near my house and wanted to surprise me but i was away in other city. Since then its been a week no msg or call from her and i am scared to msg or call just because she came to visit me and also i don't want to push her.
What do u guys think i should here ? Should i wait and let her initiate ? or her coming to visit me itself is a big thing ?

yeah before i confessed we were like calling and texting daily for hrs.
what worked for me was sending one simple message and then leaving the ball in his court. something light, no pressure, just letting him know i was happy they thought of me. after that, i stopped trying to read every silence like it meant something.
i’ve been on both sides of this and honestly her coming to your city and wanting to surprise you feels like a pretty BIG gesture. when my friendship survived a confession, the hardest part was rebuilding that sense of safety again, and that took way longer than i expected.
