Why do they think i'm dating my ex again?

had to work with an ex too, and the walk into that shift felt worse than the actual shift most days. having people gossip about who you're dating on top of that is just exhausting

i'd focus on getting through today and nothing bigger than that. when i had to see my ex at work, i stopped trying to control the rumors and just put my energy into making it through the hours without letting him take over my head.

are people saying you're dating your old ex because they've actually seen something, or are coworkers just making up stories because they love having something to talk about
