my situationship was avoidant too, and somehow the lack of consistency made me MORE attached, not less. i stayed emotionally unavailable to everyone else for way longer than i wanted to.
i was attached to the hope of who he could be, not the reality of what he was giving me. that realization hurt, but it got me unstuck.
you feel like you genuinely want them, or do you feel stuck waiting for the version of them that finally chooses you?
literally just want them.. when we are together things feel good then they disappear on me and do not reach out for a whileeee like a really long whileee
