I've been seriously losing my mind in the process of not talking and seeing each other for 3 months. because of my gf having trust issues with me cause of what she saw on my gaming account i seriously dont give a shit about the guy who messaged me. i didn't think that it would ruin my 3 years of relationship tbh. what should i do i miss her and want to talk to her i really do want to go to her but she insisted on not talking for a very long time also. her graduation is on aug 7 which is my birthday and for the 3 months i wont get to contact her or anything so i dont know what to do. any advice of what should i do in the process because all i can see is she's on the verge of breaking up after 3 months her socials keeps popping up on my feed on the post says that she's done and having a new chapter in her life honestly that can be a break up post or something. i dont know cause i keep harming myself in any possible way.

if you're hurting yourself in any way, that's the part i'd take seriously right now. when i got that low, i stopped trying to figure out what my ex was thinking and started talking honestly with people around me about how bad i was doing. i really hope you're talking to someone about this, and if the self-harm urges are getting strong, please reach out to a crisis line or emergency support in your area.
before the no contact started, did she clearly say she wanted those 3 months to think about the relationship, or did she say she was already done and needed space?
she said that she needed space and needed the 3 months of not talking with each other so i really dont know what to do anymore
i went through a long silence with someone i loved, checking every post and trying to decode every little thing he shared. it drove me absolutely crazy, and the uncertainty became its own kind of pain
