my boyfriend stopped talking to me, no reason no nothing and it hurts so bad. I hate this heavy feeling in my chest. I don't feel like doing anything, I don't want to go anywhere, I feel stucked. I don't know what to do. there's this nasty pain in my chest since. it hurts so bad.

my ex used to do this too idk if it's the same situation. maybe he has avoidant attachment type? he used to ghost me and then tell me he was overwhelmed and stressed. I tried to understand and put up w it until it genuinely had me sobbing non stop in my bed, it hurt SO bad oh my god
yessssss this is exactly how he behaves and when I messaged him to he acts like we are good but then proceed to avoid me again. I hate it. he post every day but won't text me. I hate that feeling, if only walls could talk
my ex disappeared for days without explaining anything, and the silence hurt more than some of the actual arguments we had. that heavy chest feeling is REAL

I'm not sure this will help, your situation is very different than mine but I started watching a TV show that would bring me joy even if just for a moment. and also listening to music I used to listen to before I met my ex. It may resets your nervous system and brings back nostalgic memories of a life before him. hope that help. 🫶

he completely stopped responding, or did something happen between you two before he went silent?
nothing happened, I spent the weekend at his place & he took me out for my birthday the week prior..then he came to my house the following Monday night, he left within 3 hours which was unusual and he hasn't spoken to me since. no explanation, no nothing. but he post on his WhatsApp story everyday.
we both had a miscarriage in January of this year & the 18th of this month would have been our due date & he posted about it since evening saying how sad he is. but he still isn't talking to me
definitely distract your mind, make yourself do something you normally enjoy. how is Jamaica?
I lost interest in everything I enjoyed doing. Jamaica is a bit warm but it's amazing here.
I’ve been there, it’s really tough. All I can say is looking back on it now, I wish I wouldn’t have spent so much time letting my mind destroy my days. Try to stay in the moment as much as you can, stay busy, don’t think about him. It won’t help to ruminate on the relationship-you’ll be in a better place regardless if he comes back or not if you turn your attention inward. You are your first priority. Sending love ❤️
