the other day she messaged me i told myslef to not message back and just ignore it i just stared at it for hours on end and i couldn’t hold it back i messaged her back and she just started arguing with me and telling me about how perfect and handsome her new boyfriend is and that i should of never dated u your the worst boyfriend i ever had and i was just speechless and i didnt know what to say so i just said okay and she just carried on and i ended up blocking her and she got people to jump me and so i went to hospital with a broken wrist and rib and im just never gonna trust anyone again.

i had an ex reach out just to tell me how much better her new person was, and it felt like she only wanted to leave a wound behind. getting jumped after blocking her is INSANE, i'm really glad you're still here
honestly, blocking her was the right move. what helped me was accepting that some people don't contact you because they miss you, they contact you because they want a reaction.
