now 73 days without any contact. still have my hard moments! especially the mornings. And have a lot of dreams about her.

making peace with both possibilities before the day arrived. if she texted, okay. if she didn't, okay. i know that's easier said than done, but it stopped my whole birthday from depending on one notification.
when my birthday came around after my breakup, i spent the whole morning checking my phone. she never texted, and that HURT. i'm sorry you're carrying that uncertainty right now.
73 days is a long time. when you picture getting that birthday message, do you miss HER, or do you miss what that message would mean?
