Why do i feel so worthless after the breakup?

thanks all so much , thanks for sharing your stories and thanks for your words of support, I think its the way he has ended it let alone speaks down to me gas lights me so much

i spent months convinced there had to be something wrong with me because someone i loved could walk away so easily. that feeling ate at me more than the breakup itself.

you need to believe your not worthless only then will his words mean nothing ❤️ xx

was noticing how often i was seeing myself through my ex's eyes instead of my own. the more distance i got from him, the less his opinion felt like a verdict on my worth.

when you say he makes you feel worthless, was it things he actually said to you, or is it more the way he treated you and left that has you feeling this way?
