even if i broke no contact, he made it clear he doesn't want this anymore cause we're both hurting eachother and he told me he loves me still so much, but it's hurting me even more not talking to him I'm so lost

talking again would've only restarted the same pain we were both stuck in. i really hope you've got someone you can lean on right now.
where they say they still love you but also say they can't do this anymore. it messed with my head for weeks. i kept thinking love should've been enough, and that HURT.
when he said you were both hurting each other, did he say what kept leading you back to that place, or did he just end it without talking through it?
I know the feeling. And I’m not gonna use the usual “Time heals all wounds”. But things are gonna get better. The thing you have to focus on right now, is you. You deserve to feel okay. Not necessarily perfect, not good. But you deserve to feel okay. And things will come and go, like emotions and thoughts. But remember to always have yourself by your side. Trust me, you are the strongest person you know.
