Why did i ruin it in just 4 days?

I cant be without him..I know we have to keep our selfrespect but In love i dont think it would apply to all of the problems I got upset over his reaction to my whatsapp status and i scold him and told him "shit"I never told anything like that in our argument .but that day i was very tired and and bit sick .so he was ignireing me and i was triggertd ..and said it ..now i didnt text him and said sorry for saying that" shit" word .and then he seen it and no reply.I also didnt sent msgs..now when i saw couples and things i miss him so much..my friends also said not to send any msg until he send.But today I cant i got a call and ask about his sister and he asked where i am did i eat and i respond it .and then end the call..🥺My head was like ....ufffffff🥺🥲😑😑🙂Am i doing wrong am i thinking wrong ?..
